My name is Jerry Friedman and I have been a floor trader on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange for 30 years. It was a wonderful place to be for most of my career and then electronic trading was introduced around 1994. We all helped ( as local traders ) establish this new technique and little did we know this was the beginning of the end for life as we knew it.

It took a few years to catch on, but by 2000, 80-90% of the business was being done on the screen.  Still, as addicted floor traders will attest, I stayed and swore I'd be the last one out the door.

About 3-4 years ago Ann Todisco ( a professional chartist and personal friend ) told me about a guy she met at an electronic trade show named Roger Felton. He was an " e-mini" trader since the beginning and had developed his own system for trading that proved to be very successful for him. He opened up an online trading room where he teaches his exceptional method to his students.

I ignored Ann's advise for the next few years and continued to go into the pit and lose each year, as the futures industry and business had changed, but not an old trader like myself. Finally at the end of Sept, 2009, and down a considerable amount of money, and feeling hopeless and miserable and depressed, I called Roger Felton.

That call changed my life. Not only did Roger explain his technique to me, but spent 2 hours explaining to me what had changed in the world of Futures and what I had to do to survive. The biggest thing he said to me was that I would feel passionate again about trading.

I have been yearning for a really good mentor for years. I truly believe the system developed by Roger Felton is as valid an opportunity to trade successfully as I have ever come across. Using a blend of superb signals, along with the training classes, I believe I have finally found a system which deals with some of my biggest trading issues.

As most traders know, fear and euphoria are the greatest hurdles to consistent success in the markets. As an ex floor trader, I have found myself constantly trading against the over all strength in any market move, using mostly my instincts and opinions. Computer trading is unlike any market ever traded on the floor. Now the whole world is the trading pit and the information from all over the world has effects that we only learn about out after the fact.

I believe the Felton System has tapped into market strength and weakness signals like no other. While no system is perfect, this system enables me to take trades with a degree of confidence I haven't felt since I was on the floor during it's heyday. But, most importantly, it stops me from standing in front of freight trains,( fading powerful moves), which builds frustration, anger and for me at least a loss of confidence leading to fearful trading. As stated in Mark Douglas's book Trading in the Zone, the trader needs to remove fear and euphoria from his mind and make trades based on recognition of signals which have a high probability of winning. Not getting discouraged with a few losers or too confident with a string of successes.

I have found a system which allows me to be disciplined and methodical. And also one where I may miss a buy or sell signal but most of the large trains are avoided.

The support given by Roger, Beverly and Clint is concise and easy to understand. They are incredibly patient and always available to help when one of us, as we all will, lose our way for a time.

Just wanted to give you some feedback after using the system for 3 months--2 1/2 in simulation and the last 2 weeks live. I really like the system. I was a floor trader for 20+ years. I tried trading electronically for a while but never had much success--big surprise. Using your system trading is actually fun again and I look forward to trading each day. I just wanted to share some trading results I had over the holidays, which we both know are among the worst days of the year to trade.  I managed to have positive results on every day the market was open, from the 24th to today, with profits ranging from $100 to $650 per day, on my live account.  I set my daily targets much lower due to the low volatility, but was still able to "make expenses", and then some.  Your technique really works, even in those terrible conditions, where trades would take up to 30-mins to reach even a half point target in some cases.  So, thank you for this great tool.
