Member Terms & Conditions Subscribers will be automatically billed the current subscription rate each month or on the renewal for the subscription period that you selected, on the first day of each month. The first month's billing will be prorated according to the day of the month that the subscription began. Unless and until this agreement is canceled in accordance with the cancellation procedures prescribed in these Terms & Conditions, subscribers hereby authorize Felton Trading to charge subscribers credit card to pay for the ongoing cost of subscription. Payment for subscriptions can be made by automatic credit-card debit or other approved facility. We offer other forms of payment in addition to credit cards; for details send an email to support@FeltonTrading.com and request complete details. Subscribers will be automatically renewed for successive terms upon expiration, unless subscriber cancels; no later than 5 days prior to the end of the month. By enrolling your subscription in Felton Trading, you become a subscriber and agree to be bound by this Agreement. This agreement is subject to change at any time and changes are effective upon timely notice made to each subscriber. No promotion of other day trading chat rooms or day trading services, abusive behavior to other members or staff or falsely hyping stocks or other trading systems will be tolerated. Felton Trading has the right to refuse or terminate subscriptions at any time if this conduct is deliberately evident. Member Herby Certifies the Following: Felton Trading is an online service available only to subscribing members for: intraday traders, swing traders and position traders. Subscription is based on a "flat-fee" basis, entitling subscribers access to the Service. Felton Trading is hereby authorized to apply your credit card to initial subscription purchase and concurrent renewals (renewal is automatic for the original term upon expiration and each period there after), until you provide notice of cancellation no later than 5 days prior to expiration of your next renewal. You may cancel your subscription by notifying Felton Trading in writing by email or certified letter. Failure to comply with the cancellation procedure will result in your account being charged for the next period of service you subscribed to. Requests to cancel will only be accepted by written notification. Felton Trading can not be held responsible for a faulty email address provided by a subscriber. If an email response is not received from Felton Trading within 24 (twenty-four) hours after a subscriber sends an email, you should send another email, possibly from another email account in the event that there is a problem with your first email account used for the first request. Felton Trading has a strict NO REFUNDS policy once billing has begun; your subscription may not be assigned or transferred to any other person or entity. You may not share your login or password with any other person or entity. As a subscriber, you must promptly inform Felton Trading of changes in the expiration date of any credit card used in connection with the service you subscribed to; changes in home or billing address; and any apparent breaches of security, such as loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure or use of an ID or password, or your credit card number. You shall remain liable for any and all unauthorized use of the Service, including, but not limited to all subscription dues purchased with the credit card information you provide to Felton Trading prior to your notification to Felton Trading of a suspected security breach. You are responsible for paying regular, periodic subscription fees according to the then-current billing terms that you are the legal holder of the credit card, debit card, bank card, or any other financial device used to establish this subscription.
